STAGING: CONSULTATION with HOME EVALUATION REPORT

This personalized consultation is a two-step process, designed to give you all the information you need to best showcase your home for a quick sale at top-dollar.

First, we will assess your property, inside and out. We will take photos and compile a comprehensive written evaluation report for your property, defining the steps needed to prepare your home for the real estate market.

At our second meeting, we will discuss the report and walk through the home, explaining the needed changes along the way. Equipped with our professional opinion, you can do the work yourself or hire the painters, cleaners, packers and handymen you need to get it done and on the market.

You may also opt to hire Amber and her team to creatively "Stage" your home, to add the ambiance and appeal that brings in buyers―and offers.

FEE: $250
Clients choosing to have Visions stage their home will receive a credit for the consultation fee, reflected in our staging bid.

STAGING: WALK-THROUGH CONSULTATION

For clients interested in a quick overall assessment of their property, Visions offers a Walk-Through Consultation.

This service is a complete walk-through of the interior and exterior of the home. We will discuss strengths and weaknesses of the property, and offer suggestions and recommendations for what needs to be done to prepare your home for sale.

The perfect choice for a prompt professional opinion. The average Walk-Through Consultation takes approximately one hour.

FEE: $150

STAGING: FOR OCCUPIED HOMES

This service utilizes and highlights your home’s features to its fullest potential
● Personal belongings are edited and spaces de-cluttered
● Furnishings are artfully rearranged.
● New items and accessories may be recommend to update decor

Amber and her team will edit, rearrange, neutralize and de-clutter the home with the use of existing furniture and accessories to create a space that buyers are sure to fall in love with. Each property is unique to this process. It is important to have a professional who is not attached to your property come in with a buyers eye. Taking your property from a "home" to a "marketable product."

When viewing vacant homes, buyers often have a difficult time relating to the space and envisioning its potential. An empty house looks smaller, there is no place for the eye to land. In most cases a buyer will poke their head into a room, then just walk on by. Staging the vacant home is so important. It keeps the buyers attention on the property's potential. You will often hear people say "it just didn't feel like home".

An innovative alternative to traditional Interior Design, Redesign utilizes the furnishings and accessories already in your home to create a fresh new "designer" look for a fraction of the price.

By strategically rearranging and repurposing your existing items, we can create a space that accentuates the architecture of your room(s) and highlights focal points. or create new ones. Instead of shopping for new things to complete your space, we may “shop” your home for additional furniture, artwork, and accessories that will enhance the look of your newly redesigned area.
